Thank you for shopping at chefwin. We are dedicated to delivering your orders as quickly and efficiently as possible. Please read our shipping guidelines below to understand how your order is processed and delivered.
1. Order Processing Time & Business Hours

All orders are processed by our team within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation.

Please note that our order management team operates under Korea Standard Time (KST, UTC+9), Monday through Friday, from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

Orders placed outside of these hours, or during weekends and Korean national holidays, will be reviewed and processed on the following business day.
2. Order Tracking
As soon as your order is packaged and dispatched, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number (e.g., USPS, FedEx, or UPS) will be sent to your registered email address. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking information to update.
3. Address Corrections & Cancellations
Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before finalizing your purchase. Once an order has been submitted to our fulfillment system, the system locks immediately. Therefore, we cannot alter the shipping destination, correct addresses, or cancel the shipment after the order has been processed.
